Abstract：

   We first define a class of signals with positive analytic instantaneous frequencies. The positive frequencies are essentially inherited from Blaschke products. Then we introduce two types of mono-component decompositions, the maximal matching pursuit type and the unwinding type, both are adaptive and closely related to Blaschke products. Finally we mention some applications.
