Pierangelo Marcati教授是萨索科学研究所数学和社会科学部主任,是守恒律型方程领域国际著名数学家,在守恒律方程一般理论,经典流体力学,量子流体力学模型,生物学和医学中的数学模型等方面做出了卓越的开创性工作。在本领域国际一流学术期刊发表论文100多篇,被国际同行引用高达1300多次。因其杰出的学术贡献和良好的学术声誉,长期担任本领域国际最高水平的学术会议“Hyperbolic Problems, Theory, Numerics, Applications(双曲问题,理论,数值,应用)”学术委员会成员,并担任期刊多个著名学术期刊的编委。
Abstract :We consider first the low Mach number limit for the system of Quantum Navier-Stokes (QNS) equations in three dimensions. The QNS equations, arising as dissipative model for quantum fluids, are barotropic compressible Navier-Stokes equations with a degenerate viscosity tensor and augmented by a third-order dispersive quantum correction term. For general ill-prepared initial data of finite energy without any further smallness or regularity assumption, we show strong convergence of finite energy weak solutions towards weak solutions to the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. The method is based on an accurate analysis of acoustic waves whose dispersion is governed by the Bogoliubov dispersion relation. The control of the acoustic part together with energy estimates and a priori bounds derived from Bresch-Desjardins type inequalities leads to strong convergence to the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. The relative entropy method can not be applied to the general class of rough initial data considered here. This is joint work with Paolo Antonelli and Lars Eric Hientzsch.
