Seminar on geometry

摘要:

This is an informal seminar on various topics in geometry.  We aim at those geometric theorems  which are useful for applications.   The topics includes: integral geometry, convex geometry, non-Euclidean geometry and Riemann surfaces and its discrete counterparts.     We encourage the students to participate by presenting talks.

The seminar will be accessible for advanced undergraduate students and graduate students.  The preliminary preparation is kept minimal: basic real and complex analysis.
