题目：Counting roots for polynomials modulo prime powers

摘要：

Suppose p is a prime, t is a positive integer, and f(x) in Z[x] is a polynomial of degree d. We show that for any fixed t, we can compute the number of roots in Z/p^tZ of f(x) in deterministic polynomial time.
