Time periodic problem for the compressible Navier-Stokes equation on the whole space is considered. Ma Ukai and Yang (2010) show that when the space dimension is greater than or equal to 5, existence and stability of time periodic solution is obtained under small time periodic external force. Hence it had been problem to solve the time problem in lower dimensional case. Concerning the lower dimensional case, Kagei and T (2015) show that when the dimension is greater than or equal to 3, under assuming some symmetry condition for external force, we obtain the existence and stability. Jin and Yang also show the existence under assuming same symmetry condition in 3-d case. In this talk it is stated that existence and stability of time periodic solution without any symmetry when the dimension is greater than or equal to 3. Moreover, in two dimensional case, the existence theorem is obtained under some symmetry condition.
