摘要：Statistical significance testing and inference have received a lot of criticism in recent years due to the replication crisis in science especially in this era of big data. I will present some wrong practices which are quite prevalent in scientific investigations. This wrong practices raise two big issues known as (i) multiplicity and (ii) selection. I will explain these problems with detail and discuss various methods addressing these issues.
